🏛️ History

Naggar Castle was constructed by Raja Sidh Singh in the 15th century using an ancient technique called Kath-Kuni, where stones and wooden beams are interlocked without the use of cement. Despite being centuries old, it has survived several earthquakes due to this smart architectural design.

In the 20th century, the castle was converted into a heritage hotel and is now managed by Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC).
